As an education-focused entrepreneur, social development leader, and public communicator, I founded the 3 Star Dream Life India Foundation with a singular, resolute vision: to catalyze societal transformation through education, empowerment, and strategic opportunity creation.

I firmly believe that education must transcend traditional academic credentials. It should serve as a powerful engine for individual capability, personal autonomy, self-reliance, and intellectual confidence.

Through signature flagship initiatives—including Dream Life Studies and the 3 Star DLI Super-100 program—we provide high-caliber, comprehensive preparation for ambitious candidates targeting competitive examinations such as UPSC, MPSC, JEE, NEET, NDA, CA, and CLAT. Our mission is to bridge the gap between capability and access, unlocking pathways to meritocratic success for promising minds.

Committed to public awareness and transparent communication, I also serve as the Maharashtra Bureau Chief for National Crime Reports (NCR Samachar). This role reinforces my dedication to informing, educating, and engaging the public on critical societal issues.

I firmly believe that a strong society can be built through education, financial self-reliance, and social consciousness. As a woman entrepreneur running my own imitation jewellery business and as a District Organizer of the Bharatiya Bouddha Mahasabha, I have closely witnessed the challenges faced by students, youth, women, and families at the grassroots level.

Through 3 Star Dream Life India Foundation, our aim is to ensure that no student or young person is forced to give up their dreams because of financial difficulties or family circumstances. Every individual has potential; what they need is the right opportunity, guidance, and confidence to move forward.

For me, 3 Star Dream Life India Foundation is more than an organization—it is a movement towards education, empowerment, and self-reliance. Together, we aspire to give wings to the dreams of our youth and build a stronger, educated, and self-reliant society.

I have witnessed social work right from my home since childhood. Following my professional service, I initiated social welfare activities at my service location in Sindewahi, focusing on student empowerment and holistic community development. Over the years, I have provided free career guidance across various regions and distributed free educational books to underprivileged students. Dedicating my post-service hours to society, I teach deserving students completely free of cost to help build their careers.

I joined CEO and Founder Director Mr. Er. Shailendra Barsagade at 3 Star Dream Life India Foundation because of this NGO's noble mission: providing zero-cost educational and socio-economic support to weak students in rural villages. Inspired by this vision, I committed myself to driving educational development in villages.

3 Star Dream Life India Foundation operates at local, regional, and national levels to foster advancement in education, social welfare, and economic opportunities. All members of our organization are pledged to fulfill this mission by conducting free residential coaching classes for competitive examinations—including JEE, NEET, CA, NDA, CLAT, MPSC, and UPSC—with full hostel accommodation and daily essentials provided on campus for underprivileged students.

I humbly appeal to corporate companies, philanthropic individuals, and taxpayers seeking tax-exempt donations to support this mission by contributing to our social development fund, enabling the foundation to expand its reach and empower more lives.

I am Maya Ajay Kuttarmare, originating from the small village of Bond (Rajoli). Coming from a rural background, I have witnessed firsthand how bright, capable young minds are often held back simply due to a lack of proper guidance, resources, and direction.

As a distributor for Enagic Kangen Water and serving as Vice Secretary and CMD at 3 Star Dream Life India Foundation, my daily drive stems from my role as a mother. Looking at my young son, I dream of giving him a secure, inspiring, and prosperous future. That personal dream expands to every child and student across our rural communities. I firmly believe that geography should never limit a child's potential.

I am a Civil Engineer and Civil Contractor working on Government projects, Railway projects, and other public sector contracts. Additionally, I serve as the Chief Managing Director (CMD) and Founder Member of 3 Star Dream Life India Foundation. My work primarily focuses on the fields of Education, Empowerment, Opportunity Creation, and Community-Centric development.

Through initiatives like Dream Life Studies and 3 Star DLI Super-100, I strive to support students and candidates preparing for Competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, NDA, CA, CLAT, MPSC, & UPSC and others.

While I am an engineer by profession, I am deeply passionate about Social Service. As someone with strong social awareness, I enjoy engaging with people to help solve their problems. I firmly believe that education should not be limited to acquiring academic qualifications alone; it must foster self-confidence, capability, awareness, and self-reliance in individuals.
